About the Role:

Waste Connections is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide top-notch support to our customers. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chatProvide accurate product and service informationResolve customer issues efficiently and professionallyMaintain customer records and update account informationCollaborate with other departments to address customer concernsFollow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills:

✔️ Previous customer service experience preferred (but not required)
✔️ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✔️ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
✔️ Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
✔️ High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
