Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading provider in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the customer service department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Scotia, NY

Pay Range: $25.00 per hour

What's the Job?

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a world-class customer experience. Convert customer purchase orders to manufacturing production orders and manage inventory levels. Communicate professionally with internal and external customers regarding order status and changes. Investigate and resolve order discrepancies and customer quality complaints. Provide data reporting of orders, sales, and inventory to management and customers.

What's Needed?

Strong organizational and administrative skills. Ability to work independently with minimal oversight. Proficient in communication and relationship-building with customers and team members. Understanding of manufacturing processes and customer service principles. Experience in data reporting and inventory management is a plus.
