Description We are looking for a meticulous Customer Service Representative to join our team located in a Manassas, Virginia. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be primarily tasked with maintaining customer accounts, resolving customer queries, and processing customer applications. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Responsibilities: • Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries • Conduct regular monitoring and maintenance of customer accounts • Process and verify customer credit applications with precision • Ensure customer records are accurate and up to date • Uphold high standards of customer service at all times • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for various tasks. • Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls. • Document all customer interactions and communications. • Perform data entry tasks related to customer service. Requirements • Applicant must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role. • Prior experience working within the mortgage industry • Proven experience in Collections - Consumer is highly desirable. • Proficiency in Office software is required. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must. • Demonstrated ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress. • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is advantageous. • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
