Description Customer Service Representative position available via Robert Half Robert Half is working with a fast-growing fintech client seeking a dynamic and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role, you’ll support customers in navigating the company’s innovative financial technology platform and play a key part in ensuring their satisfaction and success. Job Description As the Customer Service Representative, you will: + Provide timely and professional support to customers via email, phone, and chat. + Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and escalations related to products and services. + Educate customers on the fintech platform’s features and functionality to empower them to use the technology confidently. + Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Operations, and Technical Support) to resolve complex customer issues and share feedback for continuous improvement. + Track and log interactions in the company’s CRM platform to maintain accurate customer records. + Identify patterns in customer feedback and proactively suggest ways to enhance the customer experience. Please apply with your resume via Robert Half Requirements Qualifications Required skills: + 1-2+ years of experience in customer service, client support, or a related role (fintech or tech-related experience is a plus!). + Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. + Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset. + Ability to multitask and handle inquiries across channels (phone, email, chat) quickly and efficiently. + Familiarity with CRM tools (such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot). + Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly. Preferred skills: + Experience in a fast-paced startup or tech-driven environment. + Knowledge of financial concepts or services is a plus (though not required).
