Description
We are offering an employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Kenosha, Wisconsin. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be instrumental in the processing of customer orders, managing email communication, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. This role involves close collaboration with Account Management, Client Services, Production, Finance, and operations staff.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the management of daily orders and address related inquiries
• Take an active part in special project assignments as needed
• Handle incoming emails from various internal sources effectively
• Ensure clear and consistent communication with both internal and external team members regarding the status and requirements of programs
• Facilitate accurate incoming inventory procedures, including item setup validation, purchase orders, and communication with the warehouse
• Actively monitor and resolve exception reports from inception to conclusion
• Prioritize orders or projects, including the swift expediting of urgent requests
• Maintain and distribute various reports as needed to meet daily requirements
• Actively engage with peers from the Merchandising, Client Service, Creative, Sourcing, Vendor Management, and Finance departments
• Implement proactive strategies and leverage data to drive better and faster business decisions
• Advocate for the continuous improvement of operations and processes to reduce operational burden and enhance the quality of sales and customer interactions.
Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in a call center customer service role is mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Accurate data entry skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle large volumes of data.
• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and promptly.
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, showcasing multitasking capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, demonstrating the ability to handle data analysis and reporting tasks.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, with the ability to create and edit documents as needed.
• Experience in order entry, demonstrating accuracy and efficiency.
