Customer Service Representative
Description We are offering an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Kenosha, Wisconsin. In this role, you'll be instrumental in managing customer communications, processing orders, and maintaining inventory records. This position also involves troubleshooting and resolving issues, as well as collaborating with multiple departments within the organization. Responsibilities: • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently • Manage and process customer orders accurately • Maintain precise records of customer orders and inventory • Collaborate with Account Management, Client Services, Production, Finance, and operations staff • Assist in the setup and validation of incoming inventory, purchase orders and liaise with the warehouse • Generate and distribute various reports to meet daily requirements • Prioritize orders and projects, including the expediting of emergency requests • Engage in proactive thought leadership and use data to drive business decisions • Develop promotional campaigns and schedule meetings with key clients to improve sales • Manage incoming emails from various internal sources and communicate clearly with team members regarding program status and requirements. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls • Solid experience in call center customer service • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service • Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail • Experience in email correspondence and ability to respond professionally • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word • Experience in order entry and processing • Ability to schedule appointments effectively and efficiently • Strong multitasking skills and ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Patience and ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
