Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction and Communication: + Provide a high level of customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels in a timely and professional manner. + Handle a high volume of customer interactions with professionalism and accuracy, ensuring all questions, concerns, and issues are resolved quickly and effectively. + Handle escalated customer situations calmly and professionally, seeking appropriate resolutions or forwarding them to the designated department when necessary. + Act as the first line of support for inbound calls, ensuring all customers receive accurate information about company products, services, and policies. Order and Account Management: + Assist customers with placing, modifying, or canceling orders, as well as processing returns and exchanges. + Update customer records in the company database with detailed notes regarding customer interactions. + Track and manage orders, shipments, and account statuses, ensuring any discrepancies are addressed immediately. Documentation and Reporting: + Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate records are maintained for team collaboration and follow-up. + Analyze customer issues and escalate recurring patterns to management while providing suggestions for improvement based on customer feedback. + Run periodic reports on customer interactions, purchase history, and resolution efficiency to aid the team in making informed business decisions. Requirements + At least 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. + Proficiency with customer service management tools, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). + Basic understanding of ERP systems or customer order tracking tools is a plus. + Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to adapt tone and style to match a variety of customer personalities and needs. + Problem-solving mindset, with excellent multitasking and organizational abilities to prioritize competing demands. + A team player attitude with the confidence to work independently and make decisions effectively when needed. + Highly empathetic and customer-focused, with a genuine passion for helping people and building relationships.
