Our client in the Tallahassee, Florida area is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative for their location. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of previous customer care experience. Responsibilities include providing information about products and services, and answering customer questions.

The Day-to-Day:

Resolving issues: Resolve complaints, process orders, and handle returns, refunds, and exchangesManaging customer records: Maintain customer records and accounts through CRM systemsProviding customer service: Provide timely, effective, and empathetic supportManaging customer inquiries: Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media

Qualifications:

High School Diploma2 years of experienceMust be an effective listener, and communicator.Reading and writing are a must when reporting data.Patience, empathy, a friendly attitude, strong time management, and problem-solving skills are a must for this position.

Pay Rate/Shifts:

$16.00 to $18.00 /hrMonday to Friday8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
