Description Customer Service Representative We are providing an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Centennial, Colorado. The role is part of a dynamic team that deals with data entry and customer service in a diverse environment. The workplace offers a short term contract opportunity that involves extensive research and communication with various community facilities in Colorado. Responsibilities: • Conduct detailed research on rural and community facilities in the state of Colorado • Engage in phone conversations with facility representatives to collect necessary information about services they provide • Utilize a script to ensure all required data is collected during phone calls • Categorize different types of facilities such as libraries, public health entities, employment agencies, homeless shelters, etc. • Input and organize data collected into spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to manage data and correspond via email • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and effectively.
