Role Duties and Responsibilities:

\n\nAnswer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.\nAssist homeowners by answering basic property management or accounting questions.\nEscalate calls to property management team when needed.\nMonitor shared client services inbox. Answer basic questions or escalate to property management team.\nProvides administrative and customer support to Property Management Team to include entering maintenance requests, requests for documents, and owner portal support.\nAssist with project activities including outlook calendar, equipment scheduling.\nAssist with data entry.\nReceive and sort daily mail from the post office and mailbox, scan and send mail to remote workers and bring mail to mailbox each night. Addressing and sending Fed Ex, Priority Mail, when requested.\nResponsible for monitoring of office and kitchen supply inventory levels and purchasing. Keep all areas clean and orderly.\nResponsible for keeping the office well-stocked and in order, including postage machine, folding machine, printers, and copier (keeping stocked with paper etc.)\nWork as a team with other client service representatives to ensure all daily tasks are completed.\nOther duties as requested.\n\n Requirements\nHigh school diploma or GEN is required.\n1 + year of experience in a fast-paced, customer service and or administrative role.\nStrong communication skills (both written and verbal).\nHigh levels of attention to detail, initiative, accountability, and adaptability.\nAbility to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.\nAbility to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.\nProficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn software systems.\n\n
