Customer Service Representative (Hybrid) – High Point, NC

Location: High Point, NC (Hybrid – 2 days in office)
Pay: $18–$20/hr + Great Benefits

BelFlex Staffing is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a leading company in High Point, NC! This role supports Canadian customers and requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

What You’ll Do:

Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency Process and manage orders accurately and in a timely manner Provide support on orders, shipping, product availability, and pricing Address and resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers Utilize internal systems to track order history, returns, and product information
What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution Strong communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP/CRM experience is a plus Ability to work with the metric system for Canadian customers Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Bilingual in French or Spanish is a plus
