Requirements Qualifications: + Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the healthcare or insurance industry, is highly desirable. + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey empathy, clarity, and professionalism. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer relationship management or electronic medical record systems is a plus. + Ability to think critically and resolve issues under tight deadlines. + High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or education in healthcare/customer service is a plus.
