Description
We are offering an exciting contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the manufacturing industry, based in Lombard, Illinois. You will be a key player in our team, handling a variety of tasks related to customer service, data entry, and overall customer support.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle incoming calls, ensuring professionalism and courteous communication.
• Proactively research and resolve customer inquiries related to our products and services.
• Regularly update our RedCheck system with detailed comments regarding customer interactions.
• Promptly escalate complex issues to the Team Lead for further assistance.
• Assist customers with credit card transactions for violation payments.
• Regularly check work emails and stay updated with company communications.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and improve customer service.
• Accurately process and record customer data, maintaining the highest level of data integrity.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and order processing tasks.
• Schedule appointments as per customer requirements, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
The salary range for this position is 18.50 to 18.75. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, providing accurate information and resolving customer issues efficiently.
• Proven experience in a call center customer service environment, demonstrating exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities, with a dedication to providing outstanding support and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Solid data entry skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally, responding to customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring all customer interactions are logged and followed up on.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create spreadsheets, input data, and perform basic computations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create, edit, and format documents effectively.
• Experience in order entry, ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
