Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in **Green Bay, WI** . As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the customer support team, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal departments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a desire to grow both personally and professionally.
**Job Title:** Customer Service Representative
**Location:** Green Bay, WI
**Pay Range:** $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Data entry of customer orders into the ERP software system.
+ Prepare shipments and billing paperwork upon completion of orders.
+ Resolve product or service issues by providing critical communication between customers and internal production and quality departments.
+ Improve and maintain customer accounts by developing a strong understanding of their needs.
+ Promote and participate in all safety regulations and procedures.
**What's Needed?**
+ Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
+ Proficient in Microsoft applications with at least 3 years of experience utilizing Excel, Word, and Outlook.
+ Minimum typing ability of 50 WPM required.
+ Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills (phone, email).
