Customer Service Representative

Customer Service: Delivering best in class service to all patients and clients with professional and proactive approach. Maintain a professional appearance following the organizational dress guidelines. Use the key points of service (Welcome/Greet, Respect, Engage, Assist, Transition/Thank) with every interaction. Use the 12 (I) Pledges as a guide to serve clients/patients as well as interacting with coworkers and Administrative team. Fulfill the daily functions of placing reminder calls regarding upcoming appointments; accurately scheduling appointments upon a client's request; proactively anticipate the needs of a client; actively checking voicemail and returning the call within 24 hours; and partner with the appropriate resource when assistance is needed. Complete daily task list and update on Box.

Required Qualifications:

Experience with computer data entry, basic Microsoft Word and Excel.  Sales or Retail Experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree. Experience working for a wellness center.
