Customer Service Representative

 

 

Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our Prepared Foods Business Unit that will process all orders received on a daily basis for accounts that are assigned to this position. The Customer Service Representative is also responsible for coordinating the processing of the customer order with Production Planning, Warehouse Personal, Transportation, Sales, and the customer.  This position is based out of our Corporate Office in Greeley, Colorado.

 

 

Responsibilities:

Order entry for designated Sales RepresentativeAct as a liaison between sales, customer and internal teamsAssist with invoice adjustments, credit, and billing questionsConfirm order acknowledgement in a timely manner with customers and internal teams.Maintain a weekly order/shipping schedule per customerBecome familiar with customers’ needs and act as their designated support personEnter credits and deductions into internal CRMsAssist with reporting for Sales Rep teamsOther duties as assigned

 

Qualifications: 

1-2 years of customer service experience strongly preferredOutstanding customer service skillsProfessional telephone, email and interpersonal skillsHas strong attention to detail.Maintain a positive attitude while dealing with multiple tasksGeneral working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft OutlookCan perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

 

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
