**Position Title** : Customer Service Representative 1
**Location** : Bothell, WA
**Hourly Pay Rate** : $24.00 - $26.00 per hour (Final offer will be based on experience and interview outcome)
**Assignment Length** : 90 Days (Potential to convert to Full-Time)
**Placement Type** : Contract (Potential to Convert to Full-Time)
**Schedule/Remote Flexibility** : Hybrid/Remote

**Job Responsibilities** **:**
**Order Fulfillment:**
+ Receive and process customer purchase orders through manual entry, EDI transmissions, and customer-owned systems/supplier portals.
+ Enter PGA requirements to secure parts demand before customer purchase orders are received, protecting lead times.
+ Manage spares and service parts ordering, including coordinating certification requirements with customers as needed.
+ Monitor and provide status updates on customer equipment orders and deliveries, working with third-party suppliers and customers.
+ Expedite orders through PAC’s Supply Chain to meet customer and field requirements in line with contractual and service level agreements.
+ Maintain transaction data in PAC’s system per SOX and internal compliance requirements.
+ Coordinate deliveries with Customs group and third-party suppliers to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
+ Analyze and resolve customer account discrepancies, collaborating with customers and accounting teams.
**Planning/Supplier Management:**
+ Communicate material requirements to PAC Planning, Procurement, and Distribution Center groups to sustain inventory levels supporting internal and external deliveries.
+ Identify, negotiate, and resolve conflicts between stakeholders (PMO, Sales Forecasting, and Inventory Management).
+ Manage customer purchase orders to avoid impact on hardware/software deliverables and on-time delivery trends.
**Contract Compliance:**
+ Audit and maintain customer profiles, Freight Directives, and ensure commercial terms are accurate to avoid delays in deliveries and collections.
+ Track and issue customer incentives, credits, and concessions as required by contract.
+ Support internal/external audits by providing documentation for 3-way match requirements.
**Finance/Credit Support:**
+ Apply customer-specific price lists during demand scheduling to ensure billing accuracy.
+ Provide Finance support with AR collections and take actions to ensure customer account statuses meet contract requirements.
+ Troubleshoot product rejections, conformity issues, incorrect shipments, and QA documentation.
**Requirements** **:**
**Education** :
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required.
**Experience** :
+ Minimum 4 years of work experience in a customer service and supply chain environment.
+ Minimum 2 years of work experience in the aerospace or electronics industry preferred.
+ Experience in in-flight entertainment is a plus.
**Skills** :
+ Strong communication skills and ability to interact with a diverse, multi-level organization and a global customer base.
+ Proficient in using software packages (Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with advanced Excel and Access knowledge.
+ Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle is preferred.
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make decisions as required.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize work.
+ Problem-solving mindset, capable of resolving conflicts and filtering conflicting agendas.

+ Creative problem solver, organized, and detail-oriented.
+ Ability to understand and interpret technical and contractual language.
+ Ability to travel to customer sites as required.

**Pay Details:** $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
