Your role at BaxterYou'll provide support for internal and external customers on Hill-Rom Products (both capital and rental products, including Sales and Service literature), via the telephone, fax, and email in a call center technical support environmentThis is where you efficiently provide customer service support!

This is a full-time position where the candidate would report to the Batesville, IN office and conduct a Hybrid model.

The candidate would report to the office on Monday and Friday, 9:30am-6pm, and work from home on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 9:30am-6pm.

What you'll be doingPhone support for all incoming calls to departmentResearch account number/Request new account number for customersResearch part numbers for customersRun reports to provide purchase histories for beds and partsPlace orders in the ERP system for all customers (Fax, Email and Phone)Verification of shipments for customersRequest new part numbers and pricing to be added to ERP systemGeneration of RMAs for return productsVerify serial numbers for warranty, and version of bed to determine bed functions for correct parts to be orderedWork with the Credit Department on parts orders with credit holdsWork with Service Stores on back ordered parts and ship dates

What you'll bringHigh school diploma or GED requiredSuccessful completion of product training and testing required within 60 days of hire2+ years customer service experience preferred

Qualifications and skills:Adapts to new technologies and is comfortable with the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel and OutlookAbility to communicate effectively with internal and external customersStrong written and verbal communication skills requiredStrong analytical and organizational skills requiredHigh attention to detail requiredA strong individual contributor who can work effectively in a team environmentExperience working in a healthcare setting preferredSchedule flexibility; ability to work weekends and holidays.Bilingual in Spanish a plus

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career.  At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices.  To that end, this position has a base salary range of $30,400 to $41800. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position.  The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
