Customer Service Representative - Bilingual (Spanish)

TEKsystems is hiring a large group of Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to work FULLY REMOTE assisting on a government healthcare project.
These positions will offer FULLY REMOTE capability; however, applicants must be available for an 8-hour shift between the hours of 9am-9pm Sunday- Sunday EST (40 hour work week)
This is a customer support role which will focus on assisting customers in an inbound call center capacity. These positions will
entail a call volume of around 60-80 calls per day. NO COLD CALLS.
JOB DESCRIPTION
-These individuals are responsible for answering all inbound calls out of their work que
-Providing excellent customer service on every call
-Inputting all notes from calls into the database
-Performing follow up calls when needed
QUALIFICATIONS
-Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish. Will not need to write but be fluent in speaking. The scripts will be in English and have to translate to Spanish.
-1-2+ years of customer service or call center experience required
-Healthcare experience a plus
-Ability to learn new systems efficiently
-Strong computer skills are required
-Able to handle a fast-paced environment and able to multi-task
SHIFTS/HOURS AVAILABLE
Sunday- Saturday 9am-9pm- need full availability (40 hour work week)
PAY
17/hr.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.50
