Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Region ME&AP
**ASnapshot of Your Day** You will be part of our spare parts sales team of Siemens Energy for Compression, preparing spare parts offers and booking orders for spare parts. In this position, you will advise and support Client Managers in determining client needs and seeing opportunities for parts sales. You will coordinate between the different functions and stakeholders (e.g., engineering, supply chain management, manufacturing, order management, regional sales support team, regional client managers). **How You’ll Make an Impact** + Single point of contact for the regional bid management team for all spare parts quote requests and prepare formal bids and price information on an accurate and timely basis, using SAP & pricing tools. + Collaborate closely and coordinate with the relevant functions to establish timely submission of quotations. Ensure minimum quote response time (QRT) and escalate if required. + On all quotes and orders review and verify pricing, margin, delivery time, and delivery alternatives. + Coordinate with Engineering and Manufacturing to establish new drawings, drawing revisions and the use of alternate material. + Provide clients with basic product and technical support and inform client and bid managers about parts life cycle time, material characteristics, and manufacturing processes. + Domestic / international travel required. **What You Bring** + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, maintaining a professional and organized approach. + Solid computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power-Point), Experience with ERP software (Oracle, SAP etc.) is highly desirable. + Accuracy & attention to detail when working towards tight deadlines. + Ability to work collaboratively and individually with the same enthusiasm and intensity. + Good organizational and time management skills and self-motivation to find efficient and effective ways to accomplish end goals. + Knowledge and understanding of Siemens Energy’s products and services. **About the Team** Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. The base salary range for this position in Olean or Painted Post, New York is $51,000-$55,000. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
