Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative-CWB (Chubb Workplace Benefits) in Chicago, Illinois. This role is within the insurance industry and will require you to support the CWB Chubb Workplace Benefits contact center by servicing customers through inbound/outbound calls and emails. This role is based in a high-volume contact center where you will be expected to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via incoming telephone calls and emails, providing a superior customer experience in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment. • Build rapport quickly and respond to customers in a compassionate manner by identifying and exceeding expectations, responding in a respectful, accurate, timely manner, and consistently meeting commitments. • Navigate multiple systems and applications to research, analyze, and resolve customer requests and inquiries. • Uphold performance and quality standards within the contact center. • Analyze information to make appropriate decisions and solve problems while maintaining a positive phone experience. • Learn the basic concepts of personal lines insurance principles and Chubb and Combined products offered to our CWB customers. • Collaborate with team members and business partners to provide a positive customer experience. • Work 40 hours a week on a scheduled shift between the hours of 7am-8pm CST, with the flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed. • Assist with special requests as required. • Undertake additional tasks, projects, and duties as assigned. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service • Exceptional Communication Skills, both written and verbal • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Experience in Operations and Research • Ability to handle Inbound and Outbound Calls efficiently • Comprehensive knowledge of Insurance principles and practices • Familiarity with 'About Time' software • Understanding of Benefit Functions and Hiring Processes • Experience in Revenue Accounting • Ability to Perform Ad Hoc Financial tasks • Experience in Claim Administration • Knowledge of Property Insurance • Ability to work well in a team, showcasing strong Collaboration skills • Solid Computer Skills • Willingness to perform Onsite duties as required • Strong Decision-Making abilities • Experience in Underwriting • Understanding of Salary Structures • Ability to work effectively with Business Partners • Experience with Disability Claims • Adherence to Quality Standards.
