Within the group, Ormco is an orthodontics business, currently looking for a Customer Service Representative.

In this role you will be  responsible for providing customer service to dental professionals.

What is your role going to look like?

Together with 10 team members you will be supporting French speaking marketAct as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teamsBig part of your day will be order management- receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in OracleYou will also handle complaints or any other requests from our clientsYou can expect receiving requests primarely via email (CRM) or phone
