Our client is seeking an onsite Customer Service Representative to join their Rockville, MD team and provide exceptional customer service. Excellent phone skills and a strong attention to detail are key in this role. If you have experience in handling incoming phone calls, responding to emails and voicemails, and possess a keen ability to route calls effectively, we want to hear from you!
About the Job:
Answer and document incoming phone calls.Provide accurate information to callers from the website and other platforms.Send faxes or print documents when requested.Monitor and respond to emails and voicemails.Route calls to the proper destination when required.Complete additional administrative or other relevant tasks as needed.About You:
1+ years of call center experience is highly preferred.Bilingual with English and Spanish fluency is highly preferred.Excellent phone presence and communication skills.Experience with SharePoint and tech savviness is preferred.Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy.About the Position:
