Aspirus VNA Home Health in Wausau, WI is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team!
The Customer Service Representative uses superior customer service skills to respond to call inquiries, promote organization’s products and services, and make outbound calls. Uses professional and independent judgment based on established protocols and program and service scripts. Maintains proficiency in phone systems, software applications, programs and events, promotions, and physician and service referrals provided by the call center.
HOURS: Full Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every 2 weeks.
Experience/Qualifications
Knowledge of organization policies and procedures, human resources management practices, and computer systems and applications normally acquired through completion of a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Secondary education in health related field desired.Five years’ experience in customer service, administrative, sales or communication related field in a fast paced environment required.Clinical environment experience desired.Excellent written and oral communication skills required.Excellent organizational and prioritization skills required.Demonstrates good listening skills.Service representatives must maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.Annual competencies as required by Aspirus and/or various regulatory agencies based on entity and/or job position.Employee Benefits
