The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for interfacing 
with domestic and international customers, both internal and external, to accurately enter orders, 
resolve order discrepancies, and other related customer service functions such as order tracking, 
supplying documents, providing pricing, and sharing product information.

Key Responsibilities: 

\n\nHandle customers inquiries and resolve issues adhering to company and/or departmental policies 
and procedures ensuring customer satisfaction.\nProcessing customer purchase orders and/or orders from internal customers.\nCoordination with manufacturing facility or other department (marketing, finance, etc.) on 
customer issues or large projects. \nKnowledge of product line to answer customer questions and/or process purchase orders.\nEnsure the Voice of the Customer is forwarded to Manager, Customer Service.\nEffective time management, planning, organization, tracking and follow-up to ensure customers 
and/or assignments are resolved and/or responded to in a timely manner.\nIndependent problem solving and decision making.\nManaging multiple priorities and tasks.\nInteracting with associates in various areas throughout the organization.\nIdentifying improvements to systems and/or processes utilizing the Vontier Business System 
(VBS) tools.\nParticipation on Kaizens (workshops).\n\nAssociate degree and/or 3+ years related Customer Service experience. \nExcellent computer skills with focus on MS Word, Excel and Email. \nTyping speed of 50 WPM. \nExcellent oral and written communication skills. \nExcellent organizational skills. \nMust be multi-tasked oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment. \n
