As a Customer Service Representative supporting Company Parts and Company Catalog customers, you’ll be the cornerstone of positive customer experiences, solving challenges, managing orders, and providing world-class service. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic team that’s dedicated to exceeding customer expectations in the consumer products industry. **What You’ll Do:** As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for Company Parts and Company Catalog customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues through effective communication and problem-solving. Your responsibilities will include: + Managing customer orders and ensuring they meet requested arrival dates. + Responding to phone calls, emails, and inquiries through Genesys Cloud and Thirsty Order Inquiry. + Resolving transportation issues, handling credits, and providing accurate product information. + Identifying and correcting issues in SAP, Salesforce, and our internal systems. + Assisting with ad-hoc projects to improve service processes. + Continually striving for improvement in quality, speed, and customer satisfaction. **What We’re Looking For:** _Required Skills & Experience:_ + Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role and call center experience. + Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship-building skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams) and technical troubleshooting. + Ability to operate independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. _Preferred Skills & Experience:_ + 3+ years of experience in customer service and call center roles. + Experience with SAP S4, Salesforce (Thirsty), Experience with internal programs a plus. + A passion for continuous improvement and the ability to recommend system and process enhancements. **Why Join Us:** We are committed to creating a workplace where everyone can thrive.
