Customer Service Representative I
Adecco is hiring for a Call Center Customer Service Representative I Key Responsibilities 1. Provide responsive and reliable customer service and technical support. Provide liaison support between customers. Coordinate with other departments. 2. Perform returned materials process including initiation, receipt, expediting and closing RMAs. 3. Use of Data Works system for sales orders, shipments, field service contacts, RMAs, warranty and report generation. 4. Receive product orders and process to shipment. 5. Provide international customer service at times, and in such event, work a flexible schedule. 6. Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects.
