Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
+ Maintaining the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
+ Answering phone calls and addressing customer inquiries.
+ Greeting clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
+ Providing basic administrative assistance for various computer systems used in the calibration laboratory.
+ Responding to customer service calls, emails, and web requests promptly and courteously.
+ Managing third party support
+ Other duties as necessary
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Exceptional customer service and phone skills
+ Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
+ Attention to detail
+ Must be personable and interact comfortably with clients and co-workers
