**Position Overview:**
Adecco is hiring a Digital Beauty Advisor for a **Customer Service Representative** role in the **Berkley Heights, NJ** area. This is a **hybrid** position, with an **on-site training period** . You will play a crucial role in managing customer interactions across social platforms like TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, engaging with followers, providing customer support, and sharing insights to influence consumer behavior.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Serve as a **Digital Beauty Advisor** on various social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) by engaging with fans and followers promptly.
+ Support le Care's public channels (social media, R&R, Q&A) with insight, strategy, and engagement.
+ Attend training, work sessions, and meetings to stay updated on social strategies and best practices.
+ Follow Brand and Care social FAQ documents during launches and key moments.
+ Compose custom responses to address customer inquiries in a clear, understandable way.
+ Recognize and recommend new strategies to influence consumer purchase decisions.
+ Alert internal teams about critical customer complaints and assist with resolutions.
+ Provide social content and engagement recommendations based on consumer feedback.
+ Stay on top of emerging trends on social media platforms and best practices.
**Job Requirements:**
+ **Bachelor's Degree** required.
+ 1-2 years of **social media engagement** experience.
+ **Customer service experience** is preferred.
+ Must be passionate about customer service and have a customer-obsessed mindset.
+ Strong knowledge of major social media platforms.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
+ Must have flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work outside standard hours, including weekends.
+ Exceptional **writing skills** , **problem-solving abilities** , and **attention to detail** .
+ Proficient in **Microsoft applications** (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
+ **Interest in beauty, fashion, and/or lifestyle brands** is a plus.
**Responsibilities in Performance Management:**
+ Maintain **100% Reply Rate** and response time goals on social channels.
+ Monitor and meet established **consumer satisfaction** and sentiment scores.
+ Track and report **social KPIs** using Sprinklr.
+ Proactively recognize and recommend improvements in service, policies, or processes.
**Job Details:**
+ **Assignment Type** : Temp
+ **Duration** : One year minimum with the opportunity for a two-year tenure.
+ **Work Hours** : Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
+ **Pay Rate** : $31.33 per hour
+ **PPE & Dress Code** : Business Casual
**Pay Details:** $31.33 per hour
