Customer Service Representative III

Dixon Quick Coupling is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service professional to join our team in Dallas, North Carolina!

Responds to customer inquiries by telephone, e-mail, or chat to provide non-technical problem resolution. Resolves complex or unusual requests and problems that may require a customized response and communicates solutions or requested information to the customer. Analyzes a customer's service needs and refers to other service or technical departments for follow up or additional information as needed. Provides updates to other internal teams on customer needs and factors that contribute to customer satisfaction. May be assigned to support products that are more complex or critical. Uses a customer relationship application or database to record activities and research product information. 

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone and internal systems Manage key accounts, coordinate orders and product shipments Support regional and territory sales managers Data entry and reporting Organize and assist with training events Provide additional support with projects

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years previous customer service or inside sales (call center, retail, services, B2B) experience preferred High School Diploma or equivalent required Preferred industry experience in Hose & Fittings, Fluid Power or Industrial Distribution Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong computer skills (proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and Google Suite) Strong sense of professionalism, customer service skills and work ethic Strong mechanical aptitude Team Player Detail Oriented Enthusiastic about serving customers Self-starter
