Department:EL-SC-CCJLI Customer Service Semi&Display

Report to: Country Lead Customer Service EL Japan

 

This role is accountable to provide services on customer order fulfilment operations. Guarantee timely delivery
of products, proper documentation e.g. invoices, commercial documents and payment from customers as first contact window

Execute O2C / non comformance mgmt processes of Customer Service in Electronics business unit(s).  
Propose and implement solutions to business operations and customer service group proactively by analyzing / reviewing related business operations, and increase continuous efficiency and improvement.
Drive actions that directly contribute to achieving sales, profit, and growth targets by offering services that meet customer needs which are in line with country SCM, and business unit strategies.
Operational accounability: Order to Cash and Non-conformance management – main daily task

Complexity; Performs a range of routine or even non routine assignments to solve problems of low to moderate complexity that require working knowledge and experience in own job discipline. Analyzes factual information and possible solutions to make independent judgement, recommendations and decisions. May also use best practices to improve products or services.
Accountability/Independence; Accountable for the quality of own work. Works independently and receives a moderate to low level of guidance and direction within clear or even broad guidelines

 

Education

Bachelor's Degrees in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. Certification in APICS (BSCM) is preferred. Ability to write / speak both Japanese and English are also required.

Work Experience

Min. Six (6) years in Customer Service, Supply Chain and/or Logistics area.

Experience of business improvement using standard improvement methods is preferred. Requires a graduate background plus some to substantial relevant professional experience, and good knowledge and experience in own discipline and beyond

Job specific Competencies & Skills

Technical & Professional Knowledge: Developed in project management with an ability to effectively negotiate with commercial, functional units, and global/regional units. Thorough knowledge of sales process and O2C process, sales and operations planning, transportation, distribution, 3rd party logistics.Good understanding of the products / services offers in a responsible area.Material requirements planning, inventory control theory and practice preferredWorking experience of SAP R/3 or other ERP system required, and MS Office are also required. SAP R/3 MRP and/or SAP APO experience preferred

エレクトロニクス事業部における顧客サービスのO2C(注文から現金)および非適合管理プロセスを実行します。関連する業務運営を分析・レビューすることにより、ビジネス運営や顧客サービスグループに対するソリューションを提案・実施し、継続的な効率向上と改善を図ります。

顧客のニーズに応じたサービスを提供し、国のSCM(サプライチェーンマネジメント)および事業部戦略に沿った形で、売上、利益、成長目標の達成に直接貢献する行動を推進します。主な日常業務は、注文から現金(O2C)および非適合管理に関する運営の責任を負います。

複雑さ: 低中程度の複雑さの問題を解決するために、ルーチンまたは非ルーチンのさまざまな業務を実行します。事実情報と可能な解決策を分析し、独自の判断、推奨、決定を行います。製品やサービスの改善にはベストプラクティスを使用することもあります。

責任/独立性: 自分の仕事の質に責任を持ちます。明確または広範なガイドラインの中で、独立して作業し、適度から低レベルの指導と方向性を受けます。

学歴

サプライチェーン、ロジスティクス、または関連分野の学士号。APICS(BSCM)の認証が望ましい。日本語と英語の両方での読み書き能力も必要です。

職務経験

顧客サービス、サプライチェーン、またはロジスティクス分野での最低6年の経験。

標準的な改善手法を用いたビジネス改善の経験が望ましい。大学卒業の背景を持ち、関連する専門的な経験が少なくとも数年あることが求められ、自分の専門分野及びそれを超えた良好な知識と経験が必要です。

職務特有の能力とスキル

技術的および専門的知識: プロジェクトマネジメントにおいて発展しており、商業、機能ユニット、グローバル/地域ユニットとの効果的な交渉能力を持つ。販売プロセスおよびO2Cプロセス、販売および業務計画、輸送、流通、3PL(第三者物流)に関する徹底的な知識。担当エリアの製品/サービスオファーに関する良好な理解。材料要求計画、在庫管理理論および実践が望ましい。SAP R/3または他のERPシステムの実務経験が必要であり、MS Officeも必要です。SAP R/3 MRPおよび/またはSAP APOの経験が望ましい。
