A day in the life:

Manage the entire order fulfillment process in collaboration with the relevant departmentsAct as the interface between the customer and the company, providing high-quality customer service through phone and written communicationProcess incoming customer inquiries and ensure timely resolutionEfficiently and professionally handle customer complaintsAssess and fulfill individual customer needs within our tailored customer serviceParticipate in European-wide projects and collaborate with other departments to offer our customers world-class service

As part of a team, you will receive thorough training in your responsibilities and have the opportunity to further develop your skills.

The keys to success:
