THE JOB
What are your main responsibilities?
You are responsible for the client communication for designated account relationships.
Key areas:
\tCommunication management in day to day queries of our clients and insurers through different channels but mainly telephone and e-mail.
\t\t\tCoordinate and ensure follow-ups of the assigned contracts.
\t\t\tHandling medical issues, in collaboration with our medical consultants
\t\t\tThink about and contribute to using the most efficient communication channels (phone, e-mail, letter)
\t\t\tWhen needed, put your language skills at work to translate different documents.
\t\t\tThe work planning will be your guide to ensure priorities are correctly dealt with and we keep our service performance on track.
\t\t\tAble to handle complaints and analyze them, identifying root causes that might lead to the improvement of customer satisfaction.
\t\t\tContribute to maintaining a co-operative and friendly working environment.
\t\t\tYour critical eye easily spots possible improvements, and you share them with your manager.
\tRelations to other positions:
\tAssist the Client Manager in several tasks (e.g. preparation of presentations, preparation of analyses of cases)
\t\t\tProvide all necessary information to the involved parties: clients, insurers, the International Customer Services, Finance and Accounting Marketing and Communication.
\t\t\tContribute to maintaining a co-operative and friendly working environment.
\t\t\tInform Supervisors and Senior Supervisors on problems and inefficiencies.
\tWhat skills do you need?
\tEducation Level:
\t- Bachelor or similar by experience: Translation and Interpreting or Foreign Languages studies highly valued.
\tSpecific Knowledge:
\t- Active knowledge of English is a must (C1 level)
- Active knowledge of German/French (with Spanish)/ Russian (C1 Level) or Arabic.
\t

\t- Skillful in taking decisions: takes the right action on allocated files based on the available information.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Accurate: works accurately on the input of data, aims to work faultlessly.
- Discipline: pays attention to procedures, agreements and document flows.
- Efficient: finds a good balance between quality and quantity.
- Team player: Able to work in a team.
- Skillful with computer programs: readily learns the ropes in the use of current office applications
- Discreet: works discreetly with confidential (medical) information.
