TEKsystems is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to assist a client of ours in the Schenectady, NY area. These positions would take place ON SITE. This position is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and also has upward career mobility. Also, this position would look to interview and start right away. Qualifications - Previous RECENT customer service or inside sales experience (1-2 years preferred) - independent, positive, confident, and customer-oriented - time management skills - strong communications ability (both written and verbal) Job Description - Receiving calls from current and prospective customers and selling and scheduling service appointments. - Updating customer's information in the company database - Transferring customers to appropriate personnel (technicians, managers, etc.) - Other administrative duties as needed Hours 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday Every other Saturday hours 9:00am-12:00pm (November- March) 9:00am- 2:00pm (April- October) Pay 16-20/hr.
