Summary:
Responds to customer inquiries ensuring customers receive efficient and courteous service. Responsible for all aspects of providing quality telephone support to clients and assists customers in resolving problems.

Make sales callsOrder processing from the time of receipt to when the order is shippedCover for sales peopleAnswer phonesClear ordersResponsible for taking orders, ensuring timely deliveryParticipate as part of the customer service team to answer questions and handle problems in a professional and expeditious mannerResearches and resolves customers’ disputes and problems within established guidelinesCompletes, processes, and maintains applicable paperwork and recordsPro-actively identify transportation and delivery problemsPresent and sell new productsPerform other duties, as assignedWhat You Bring to Pacific Seafood:
Required:
One year certificate from college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Preferred:
Knowledge of Order processing systems.Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.Excellent customer service skillsPay Range: $18.90 - $21.08 hourly
