Customer Service Representative -Producer Services
Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is critical in addressing customer service concerns, inquiries, and activities. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for retention and selling the value of our products and services. Responsibilities • Act as the first point of contact, addressing customer service concerns, inquiries, and activities. • Sell the value and retain policyholders, promoting our products and services. • Manage customer interactions via inbound and outbound calls, assisting those who wish to cancel their existing insurance coverage by reviewing products benefits and resolving service and claims issues. • Assist in the collection of current and past due premiums and provide support to additional call domains such as claim inquiry, policyholder/policy administration, billing/payments or agent servicing as needed. • Independently service 90% of calls using the tools and resources acquired in training and continued experience. • Collect, document, and enter data from and into multiple applications, ensuring accurate records. • Set expectations and provide instructions for policyholders, ensuring a positive customer experience. • Consistently meet or exceed expectations for departmental standards related to quality, average handle time, auxiliary time after call work, and other KPIs. • Exhibit and practice the organization's common purposes and shared traits, contributing to a positive work environment. • Understand organizational objectives, support process improvements, and provide feedback to leadership. • Execute other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in Customer Service, with a strong commitment to resolving client inquiries and complaints • Proficiency in Data Entry, ensuring accuracy and speed in inputting information • Ability to conduct Training sessions for new hires or team members on operational procedures • Experience in Operations, with the capacity to handle day-to-day tasks efficiently • Skills in Planning and executing workflows, ensuring timely completion of tasks • Proficiency in Payment Processing, ensuring all transactions are handled securely and accurately • Familiarity with Planning Processes, able to forecast, strategize, and implement plans effectively • Commitment to Quality assurance, ensuring all tasks meet or exceed standards • Experience in handling both Inbound and Outbound Calls, maintaining professionalism at all times • Knowledge of Insurance policies, terms, and conditions • Experience in Supervising teams, ensuring efficiency and productivity • Ability to manage time efficiently (About Time) • Understanding of Benefit Functions within an organization • Demonstrated Leadership Skills, with the ability to guide, motivate, and inspire team members • Familiarity with Hiring Processes, able to contribute to recruitment and selection • Experience in Billing procedures, ensuring accuracy in invoicing • Knowledge of Collection Processes, ensuring timely payment from clients • Understanding of Revenue Accounting, able to track and report revenue accurately • Ability to Perform Ad Hoc Financial tasks as required • Experience in Claim Administration, able to process and manage insurance claims • Knowledge of Property insurance and related processes • Familiarity with best Practices in customer service and operations • Experience in Selling or upselling products or services • Ability to Execute plans and strategies effectively • Strong Collaboration skills, able to work in a team environment.
