Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Everlight Solar is seeking a skilled highly energetic and motivated individual to join the Everlight Solar team as a Customer Service Representative! This entry level position is full-time, remote, and will require some night(s) and weekend(s) work. The Customer Service Representative will act as a connection, establishing and building relationships with our customers, operating in a fast-paced environment with precision and competence.

Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)

Responsibilities:

Handle high amounts of incoming callsIdentify and evaluate customers’ needs to deliver satisfactionBuild sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussionProvide accurate, valid and comprehensive information by using the right methods/toolsManage complaints, provide proper solutions and options; follow up to secure resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documentsFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesEstablish and build relationships with our customersGo the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements:

Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is preferredStrong phone administration skills and active listening capabilitiesAbility to work independently and as a member of various teams and committeesStrong attention to detailExceptional communication and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectivelyAbility to operate in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work nights & some weekends 1pm - 11pm CST, 4 days/ week with rotating Saturdays or3pm -11pm CST M-F with rotating Saturdays
