Customer Service Representative (Sales Assistant)

A nationwide company is opening a new office in the area. The company is actively seeking a full time Customer Service Representative who is immediately available. Office hours are full time Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

The ideal applicant will be immediately available. Individuals who have experience providing exceptional customer service in an inbound call center environment or as a Front Desk Receptionist are encouraged to apply. Bilingual is not required to qualify for this role however applicants that are articulate in both English and Spanish are also encouraged to apply.

The Customer Service Representative answers inbound calls while providing basic customer service. Answer questions regarding status of claim, accept payment over the phone, update accounting billing or contact information. The Customer Service Representative will also assist with coordinating the appointments of the office sales team. Perform basic clerical, administrative and data entry functions as assigned.

Requirements
No less than 1 year of professional experience
Intermediate computer skills
Type 30 wpm or greater
