The Customer Service Representative will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, supporting their branch and rental needs. The CSR will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide administrative support and service customers. 

 

 

      THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION 40 hours per week with benefits

Pay is $16.50 /hr

Location: 16850 COLLINS AVE, SUNNY ISLES BEACH FL 33160

Apart from religious observations, must be available to work the schedule below 

 

Monday: 8:00am-6:30pm

Tuesday:OFF

Wednesday: OFF

Thursday: 10:00am-6:30pm

Friday: 10:00am-6:30pm

Saturday: 9:00am- 4:30pm

Sunday: 9:00am-4:30pm

 

Responsibilities Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phoneMeet and greet customers in a friendly and timely mannerInitiate rental contract based on customer reservations or on-the-spot needProvide directions and general assistanceAssist to assess condition of rental upon returnProcess returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactionsUnderstand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipmentResponsible for notifying Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications Must be at least 18 years oldHigh school diploma or GED equivalent requiredMust have at least 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experienceMust have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 yearsNo drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 yearsMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must be able to understand, read, write and speak EnglishMust be willing to accept $16.50/hourApart from religious observations, must be available to work the following schdule
