Customer Service Representative - Sunny Isles Beach

The Customer Service Representative will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, supporting their branch and rental needs. The CSR will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide administrative support and service customers. **THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION 40 hours per week with benefits** **Pay is $16.50 /hr** **Location: 16850 COLLINS AVE, SUNNY ISLES BEACH FL 33160** **_Apart from religious observations, must be available to work the schedule below_** Monday: 8:00am-6:30pm Tuesday: **OFF** Wednesday: **OFF** Thursday: 10:00am-6:30pm Friday: 10:00am-6:30pm Saturday: 9:00am- 4:30pm Sunday: 9:00am-4:30pm **Responsibilities** + Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone + Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner + Initiate rental contract based on customer reservations or on-the-spot need + Provide directions and general assistance + Assist to assess condition of rental upon return + Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions + Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services + May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment + Responsible for notifying Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance + Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned Equal Opportunity Employer/ Disability/Veterans **Qualifications** + Must be at least 18 years old + High school diploma or GED equivalent required + Must have at least 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience + Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years + No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years + Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future + Must be able to understand, read, write and speak English + Must be willing to accept $16.50/hour + Apart from religious observations, must be available to work the following schdule Monday: 8:00am-6:30pmTuesday: **OFF** Wednesday: **OFF** Thursday: 10:00am-6:30pmFriday: 10:00am-6:30pmSaturday: 9:00am- 4:30pmSunday: 9:00am-4:30pm Enterprise Mobility/Enterprise Rent-A-Car/Alamo Rent A Car and National Car Rental seeks and values people of all backgrounds because every employee, customer and business partner is important.
