Temporary position - Customer Service Representative Title Production
We are currently looking for a dynamic individual with critical thinking to join our very busy Customer Service Team who services 4 different companies to work in our Glendale, CA office location.
Candidates will use a team approach to deliver truly remarkable service to both our internal and external customers but providing timely and accurate Property Profiles, Legal and Vestings, and any other needs of our customers. Assist in the receipt of verbal and written orders from internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner, utilizing the appropriate paperwork, forms, phone etiquette, etc. consistent with applicable company policy & procedure.
Gather property characteristics such as ownership, legal description information, and tax information through software and building a property profile. Discern who is in ownership of a property and how they acquired the property. Ensure the comparable sales are pertinent to the property in question. Recognize an accurate legal description for a particular property. Assemble and properly highlight the property profiles.
• Ability to comprehend and write instructions and correspondence.
• Excellent verbal/written skills including good punctuation, spelling, grammar and attention to detail a must.
• Strong interpersonal skills are required.
• Superior phone skills.
• Must have high level of organization and strong attention to detail. Must have ability to consistently meet deadlines, demonstrate strong follow through, and to follow departmental procedures.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Strong Computer Skills utilizing Microsoft Programs, Outlook, Teams, etc.• Knowledge of Data Trace, Title Flex, Data Tree, Title Point preferred.
Work Experience – Customer Service Call Center Experience (5 or more people) preferred, Title Experience preferred.
