**Job Title:** Warehouse Associate / Customer Service Representative (CSR) **Location:** Fife, WA **Pay Rate:** $18.50-$18.50 per hour **Shift:** 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM, Tuesday - Saturday **Position Overview:** We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to fill a dual role as a Warehouse Associate and Customer Service Representative (CSR). Half of your time will be spent on the production floor assisting with warehouse activities, and the other half will involve handling customer service tasks to ensure timely order fulfillment and tracking. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both physical work and customer interaction, this is the job for you. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Warehouse Associate: + Assist with shipping and receiving duties, including unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, and verifying purchase orders against sales orders. + Distribute orders to sales associates for processing and ensure inventory is stocked and organized. + Maintain a safe and accessible warehouse environment for both employees and customers. + Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a secure working environment. + Assemble products and participate in regular inventory counts as needed. + Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring accurate handling of freight. As a Customer Service Representative: + Take check calls from drivers to ensure that deliveries are on time and in good condition. + Track orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers. + Communicate with customers to resolve any order-related issues or concerns. + Validate all load data prior to marking loads delivered for accurate accounting and order processing. + Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries, confirming that all shipments have arrived as scheduled. **Qualifications & Skills:** + Basic written and verbal communication skills. + Basic computer skills for order tracking and data entry. + Previous warehouse experience or exposure to the transportation industry is a plus. + Ability to work efficiently in both a team environment and independently. + Experience loading and unloading trailers, and familiarity with handheld scanners is preferred. + Strong critical thinking skills to apply instructions and troubleshoot issues as they arise. + Must be able to lift, push, or pull at least 75 pounds. + Reliable, flexible, and able to handle a fast-paced workload. **Why Join Us?** You’ll be part of a dynamic team committed to providing excellent customer service and on-time delivery.
