Johnson Service Group is looking for a CSR Rep/Warehouse Clerk with 2 years experience to work for an Aerospace company in-site in Georgia.
Pay Rate: $24.00 HR
Position Overview:
We are seeking an On-Site Customer Service Representative/Warehouse Clerk to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, providing support, and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of our composite fasteners. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of the aerospace industry, particularly in composite materials and fastener technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and support for the use of aerospace composite fasteners. Work directly with customers on-site to troubleshoot issues, manage orders, and ensure the seamless integration of products into their manufacturing processes. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, providing exceptional customer service and fostering long-term partnerships. Provide technical support and guidance on the selection and application of cutting-edge composite fasteners for aerospace projects. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, production, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any customer-related concerns. Assist in the preparation of product documentation, specifications, and customer presentations as needed. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and product performance data. Conduct product demonstrations and on-site training to ensure customers fully understand the features and benefits of our fasteners.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support, ideally within the aerospace or manufacturing industries. Strong knowledge of composite materials and fastener technologies, particularly within the aerospace sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical clients. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment. Retrieves inventory to fill customer orders Receives incoming materials, counts and compares packing slip with purchase order to verify accuracy Fills and packages outbound shipments Record all inventory movement with handheld scanner Identify damage, loss, or FOD of goods and materials stored or utilized within the warehouse Run inventory reports for stock and location validation. Breaks down and re-boxes inventory
