Customer Service Representative with French


Job Description:

Within the group, Kerr is a dental B2B business, currently looking for a Customer Service Representative, with French.

In this role you will be  responsible for providing customer care to dental professional distributors.

What is your role going to look like?

As a member of European team you will be supporting primarely, but not limited to, the French market.You will be responsible for receiving, monitoring and processing customer orders in a timely and professional manner.You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our customers.You will collaborate with the Sales representatives during the day for a quick and dedicated service for both the external as well as the internal customers.You will work with cross-functional departments within the company.You can expect receiving requests primarely via email (CRM) and ocassionally via phoneYou will perform other responsibilities/duties that may be assigned

Job Requirements:
