Within the group, Nobel Biocare is an implantology business, currently looking for a Customer Service Representative.
In this role you will be responsible for providing customer service to dental professionals.
What is your role going to look like?
Together with your team members you will be supporting the French or Dutch speaking marketAct as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teamsBig part of your day will be order management- receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in SAP.You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our clientsYou can expect receiving requests primarily via email (CRM) or phoneWhat can you look forward to?
