Handle and troubleshoot all customer complaints to achieve an equitable solution for
both the customer and the Robert McKeown Company. Discretion should be used to
ensure that the customer is satisfied with Robert McKeown Company as their vendor.

Establish a good working knowledge of value-added operations, lead times, tolerances
and processing capabilities to weigh the impact of unusual orders on operations. At times this may require negotiating with the customer to alter their order.

Work closely with team members and vendors to provide customers with technical assistance
when needed.

Assist operations in scheduling by providing information related to customers purchasing techniques, plans and especially of any planned deviations from customer order patterns.

11. Understand competitive products and situations to be able to identify a problem.

Maintain current price book, customer list and special price approvals.

Maintain adequate technical library.

Provide customer with an accurate source referral for items we do not handle.

Assist in training new CSR's.

Maintain Customer Master file and ensure all customer information is complete and accurate, including name, address, telephone and fax numbers, email, sic code, contact and any other pertinent contact information.

Participate in departmental filing and other administrative activities as assigned.

Establish and maintain good working relations with customers and vendors.

Periodically participate in manufacturer???s training programs to better
understand the business and enhance vendor relationships.

Advise customer in advance of potential delayed shipments.

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Experience in the same or similar role is preferred.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Must have excellent customer
service skills. Strong interpersonal skills and effective problem-solving skills are vital. Must possess
solid organizational skills.
