CoWorx Staffing is hiring for 2 customer service representatives in Falmouth ME!
Join our team, where your role as a Customer Service Representative will be vital in ensuring exceptional patient care and operational efficiency. We are looking for dedicated individuals who prioritize scheduling, client interactions, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

Schedule Management:
-Maintain a productive schedule to meet and exceed office goals.
-Ensure every patient leaves with two appointments.
-Follow scheduling guidelines to support daily production goals.
-Proficiently use dental software for scheduling and patient retention.
-Patient Treatment Coordination:
-Assist patients in obtaining necessary treatments by understanding and presenting treatment plans.
-Familiarize yourself with insurance coverage, verifying details to enhance patient trust.
-Present financial options confidently and timely.

Financial Policy Adherence:
-Collect patient portions on the day of service and document payments accurately.
-File insurance claims daily with all required attachments to ensure prompt processing.
-Work on insurance reports to rectify any discrepancies.

World-Class Service:
-Communicate positively and effectively with patients and team members.
-Uphold a patient-first attitude and foster a welcoming office culture.
-Respond promptly to all correspondence and focus on delivering the best experience for every patient.

Systematic Compliance:
-Participate in morning huddles prepared with relevant information.
-Adhere strictly to HIPAA and OSHA guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Patient Satisfaction and Retention:
-Build strong relationships with patients to encourage referrals and repeat visits.
-Complete new patient summaries and ensure proper follow-up for recare appointments.
-Promote a sense of urgency in treatment planning.

Positive Work Environment:
-Support team goals and be flexible to take on special projects.
-Create solutions-focused strategies when challenges arise.
-Cross-train to support team activities during busy periods.

Other Information:

Location: Falmouth, ME
Salary: $18 – $20/hr
Schedule:
Monday to Wednesday: 6:50 AM – 4:30 PM
Thursday: 6:50 AM – 3:30 PM
