Customer service Representive-Funding (Tier II)
Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative-Funding (Tier II) in the payroll services industry, located in Highland Hills, Ohio. The role involves processing and analyzing customer data, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring the timely transmission of various accounting reports. Responsibilities: • Processing customer credit applications with precision and efficiency • Maintaining accurate customer credit records and keeping track of accounts receivable activity • Analyzing weekly invoice information for inconsistencies as part of risk management • Preparing and distributing various reports to senior management as needed • Collaborating with customers and team members to ensure customer satisfaction aligns with the company's goals and mission • Transmitting accounting and payment reports such as wires ACH A/R aging and multiple subsidiary financial reports in a timely manner • Responding professionally to customer inquiries • Carrying out other tasks as assigned while maintaining a positive and organized work environment • Utilizing Microsoft Office Suites and other software to perform data entry and manage customer records • Practicing critical thinking skills to identify potential risks and implement company policies and procedures effectively. Requirements • Proven experience in Customer Service, preferably in the Payroll Services industry • Proficiency in Management, with the ability to guide, train, and work within a team • Strong Data Entry skills, with accuracy and attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites • Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures • Experience with Invoice and Payment Processing, including Accounts Receivable (AR) • Knowledge of Financial Reporting principles and dynamics • Willingness to travel as required by the company • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction • Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions • Ability to use critical thinking to identify and mitigate potential risks • Experience with accounting functions and QA Management • Proficiency in distributing reports and managing packets of information • Excellent teamwork skills, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
