Customer Service & Sales Representative
Our client in Green Bay is looking for motivated individuals who love to sell and support! We are seeking a sales and customer service representative in an office setting. Under general supervision, CSSR reps will reply to quote requests, answer incoming calls, make outgoing calls, file complaints, and support the company's desire to keep customers satisfied. **Job Title: Customer Sales & Service Representative** **Location: Green Bay, WI** **Shift: Monday to Friday - 1st Shift** **Pay: $18 to $20 an hour** **What's in it for you?** + Paid training + Full time hours - 8am to 5pm - Monday to Friday + Clean and safe working environment + Temp to Hire position + $18 to $20 an hour to start **What is the job?** + Professionally handle requests from customers to ensure that issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly. + Requests are received via phone, email, fax, EDI, walk in. + Recommend and source the most profitable products, utilizing internal inventory first, supplier inventory as an alternate option, to meet or improve upon the customer required dates. + Communicate disruptions in service levels, approval requests, corrective actions needed, customer feedback and preventative actions to Service Center management. + Gain and utilize product knowledge and expertise to assist customers with product selections and coordinate supplier engineering support to drive the sales process. + Continuously identify and evaluate process improvements that positively impact the Customer's experience by using Customer Feedback, Supplier Nonconformance, and On Time and Error Free forms and metrics. **What do you bring to the job?** + 6+ months of customer service experience or 1+ year of experience in a Stockroom/Driving position within industrial distribution + High school diploma or equivalent + Excellent communication and organizational skills + Ability and desire to learn new systems and processes quickly + Ability to commit to full time hours + Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel + SAP experience in a customer service setting + Knowledge of industrial products and hydraulics + Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
