TEKSYSTEMS is seeking Specialty Schedulers in the state of Colorado for a fully remote opportunity with a leading healthcare provider. This position is fully remote, but must be within 2 hours of Aurora, Colorado. HIRING NOW! APPLY TODAY! Description: Will take inbound calls 8 hours per day Phones start at 8:30, their shift starts at 8:15 Will take 60-90 calls per day Will work in EPIC to schedule Will review monthly calendars for clinics / doctors, manage daily schedules, update schedules with modifications Some requests will be urgent, others will be routine / reoccurring to schedule Will work with clinicians to provide guidance and assistance on scheduling procedures and documentation Handle data entry of patient demographics and information to assist receptionists at local clinics Skills: Appointment System, Appointment Setter, Healthcare Scheduling, Medical Scheduling, WPM, Data Entry, Healthcare, healthcare scheudling, customer service, call center, healthcare csr, medical csr, member services, regional scheduling, centralized scheduling, patient scheduling, typing, patient demographics, patient intake MUST - Minimum two (2) years of clerical functions together with at least one (1) year experience with specialty experience (cardio, gastro, ophthalmology) OR primary care scheduling experience - must have 1 year call center experience - want to see someone taking at least 50+ calls per day - must type at least 45 WPM - able to use multiple systems • Ability to work effectively with providers, patients, support staff and other personnel to coordinate radiology schedules, which requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. • Ability to initiate referral forms in conjunction with the business office.
